Projects • Contract

• Owns the Master Schedule (Primavera P6/MSP). • Serves as primary point of contact for Consultant/Client. • Manages Risk Register (Long Lead Items). • Approves major POs and validates milestones.

Commercial Lead (QS)

Commercial • Contract

• Prepares monthly IPCs and Valuations. • Monitors 'Budget vs Actual' cost centers. • Identifies and documents Variation Claims. • Administers subcontracts for Fabricators/Labor.

Abuja (HQ)

Lead Design Engineer (Electrical/BESS)

Engineering • Contract

• Final signatory for all IFC drawings (SLD, Cable Schedules). • Defines BESS/EMS set-points and Zero-Export logic. • Manages RFI process for site technical queries. • Ensures Grid Code/IEC compliance.

Abuja (HQ)

Procurement & Logistics Lead

Supply Chain • Contract

• Manages Form M, PAAR, SONCAP for imports. • Coordinates FATs and production slots with OEMs. • Mitigates demurrage risks at Apapa/Tincan. • Manages inland transport to sites.

HSE & Quality Manager

HSE • Contract

• Authors Project Safety Plan and Quality Plan (ITPs). • Conducts monthly audits and issues 'Stop Work' orders. • Investigates incidents within 24 hours. • Signs off on Material Verification Inspections.

Site Manager

Projects • Contract

• Directs all daily site activities and tasks. • Authorizes daily PTWs for high-risk activities. • Manages interface with Client Facility Manager. • Submits Daily Site Reports.

Civil & Steel Supervisor

Construction • Contract

• Supervises foundations (carport bases, BESS plinths). • Directs crane lifts for steel erection. • Ensures correct torque settings and concrete curing.

Electrical Supervisor

Construction • Contract

• Supervises trenching and cable pulling (HV/LV). • Oversees mounting of 2,750 PV panels. • Manages cable termination into BESS/MDP.

• Manages tagging/badging for High-Security zones. • Coordinates armed guards for night patrol. • Coordinates movement of heavy trucks within complex.

• Sets datum lines for rails using laser levels. • Conducts anchor pull-out tests. • Supervises cladding gang for visual uniformity.

• Supervises cable management behind vertical facade panels. • Manages rooftop waterproofing sealing. • Oversees BESS container placement.

HSE Officer & Rigging Lead

HSE • Contract

• Inspects Swing Stages, Cradles, and Scaffolding daily. • Enforces 100% tie-off policy for rooftop work. • Enforces 'Tethered Tools' policy.

Commissioning Lead

Engineering • Contract

• Writes Commissioning Script and manages Energization Permit. • Conducts Grid-Sync, Black Start, and Load Acceptance tests. • Leads Operator Training and Handover Pack.

• Programs DEYE/AlphaESS Controllers and Remote Monitoring. • Terminates/tests RS485/Modbus communication cables.
